WHAT WE SAY:
This Guatemalan beauty comes from the 'Huehue' region - pronounced 'way way' and does not disappoint. One of our favourite coffee's that can be found in our MOLOTOV blend. It's a rare coffee that taste great anyway we roast it - light or dark.
Roasted for espresso its rich and round like a big stack of sweet maple pancakes. A beautiful buttery mouth feel thats amazing with or without milk.
Roasted for filter we get lots of juicy red fruit and Cherry Ripe acidity. A great balance of sweetness and acidity.
